Refund policy

All returns must have prior authorization from SoulSpring.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

1.  To request a refund, please email support@asoulspring.com and include the reason for the return.  We will issue you a RMA/Tracking Number.

2.  Mail your returned item to:

3.  Include in your package a copy of the RMA/Tracking Number email and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions:
Items can not be returned if Nutraceuticals or other perishables have been opened.

Restocking Fee:
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling paid on the order.
